Service Description

Already qualified trainers who wish to map across their knowledge, understanding, skills and comprehension to the Institute of Conflict Management in order to deliver physical skills training courses. The ICM techniques have been delivered to staff working across Children’s Services, Education, Health Services, Social Care, NHS, Retail Sector, Transport and Public Services. Trainers should hold a current and valid licence to practice (ie; certification).
