This qualification is designed to provide the knowledge, understanding, skills and comprehension for those individuals who wish to teach conflict management and physical intervention training skills. The course covers the knowledge, understanding, skills and comprehension required to plan, deliver, assess and evaluate learners’ conflict management theory and physical intervention skills to a competent standard.
