Who should wear face masks and why?
As the government begin to ease Covic-19 lockdown the question for most is how can we safely get back to work whilst people across England are being advised to wear face coverings when out and about?.
Employers with the support of their employee representatives are required to assess the risk of exposure to coronavirus and other biological hazards. By following infection and control guidelines and putting measures into to place to reduce the risk of exposure through information sharing, training and the issuing of appropriate personal protective equipment will go a long way towards addressing safety concerns for managers and staff, along with creating a much more empowering working environment.
