DELIVERING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING
Who is the course designed for?
This national vocational qualification is designed to provide training for people who wish to teach conflict prevention and management skills. It is aimed at tutors who have already completed some generic training now require a more specialist qualification; to teach skills to support who support, children, young people, young adults. Companies with staff working in front-facing (ie; children’s services, health, social care, education, local authorities, licensing, hospitality, retail, etc;). The course covers how to manage verbal abuse, dealing with difficult people, threatening behaviour and the management of risk.
Through re-course reading, classroom learning and practical skills scenario planning:
Refresh Conflict Management training – from a Level 2 perspective
Understand the principles of scenario-based conflict management training
Being able to plan and design scenario-based conflict management training
Deliver theory and scenario-based conflict management training
Know how to evaluate performance
Post training support is offered as part of our client customer service provision

The course will allow you to provide training based on your clients training needs analysis. You will be qualified to train and and support learners towards the introduction of proactive measures they can learn to avoid, defuse or management disruptive, abusive or challenging behaviours.
