Target Group:
Managers working in public and private sector organisations who have responsibilities in issues of service provisiont (ie; customer service, security, complaint handling)

The aim of the course is to raise the knowledge and awareness of issues relating to race, gender, disabilty and culture, to enhance professional performance and service delivery.
