The company was established in 1996 and is one of the UK's leading specialists in the management of conflict, aggression and violent behaviour in the workplace accross all work sectors.

NVC Awareness are able to tailor courses to meet the needs of organisations and companies who may require training in conflict resolution, lone working, physical intervention, restraint and bespoke training regarding conflict, aggression and violence within the workplace. We can provide support with training needs analysis, delivery and evaluation of training.

NVC Awareness has a network of qualified and accredited trainers who will use their knowledge and expertise to assist with addressing the learning and development needs of all delegates attending courses. All trainers are registered with the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM) and adhere to the ICMs codes of practice.
